Is PB blaster better than liquid wrench? What do you guys use? Should the header bolts come out with ease when i spray them down?

Use them muscles bro!

If not, just use leverage.

I sprayed mine with PB for 2-3 days before I took mine off and they broke loose like a boss. That stuff has never let me down. Just don't get in a hurry and pay attention if your getting anywhere with them before you go putting the soup bones on it. Braking one off is no fun, helped a friend fix his.

FYI - I was braking loose factory bolts with about 150K on them, from a my 4x4 that I know water had got on those bolts, and collectors, numerous times.

When I did mine, they all came out easy but one. I snapped it right off, it was pretty easy to fix. I just took my whole car apart and put it back together with good stuff, it was stock when I started.

The lower ones on the manifolds to the y pipe are best just to break. They take forever to get out.
