Shes a god damned retard for chasing them in the first place. The reason the cashier wasnt going to do anything about it is because it is law in texas for merchants to not pursue shoplifters. This is just like that waitress a few years ago that got killed because 4 people walked a check and then ran her over with their car when she came after them trying to get the tag number. No robbery is worth losing your life over, if you can safely obtain information do so, if not then provide the best description you can to the police and let them figure it out. Aside from the fact that 3 cases of beer is petty theft and they arent going to get anything more than a fine. Of course now they will pin aggrevated robbery on these doucebags because she was stupid enough to grab the door handle of a moving car. What did she think she was going to do if she got them out of the car? I mean, aside from getting her *** beat by 3 guys.

I carry insurance on my home, cars, and property for a reason. Those guys could have just as easily shot her, backed over her after she fell, god knows what. And over what? A case of beer that doesnt belong to her?

Yeah I am all for someone standing up for someone else’s property but for a case of beer taken from walmart. I think calling the cops and getting it all on video is plenty sufficient. Does someone really need to risk their life for that??? Now if they were stealing a person’s car in the parking lot that might have been another story but a case of beer from a corporation that makes more in a day than most people in a lifetime....
