Startingstrength.com and 70sbig.com Also having a big bench is nice and all but squats and deadlifts is where its at. Overhead press is more impressive with 225 than a 405 bench IMO.

@ebk yes sir I agree my max squat right now is 525 tried to lift twice and failed just lifted once and my deadlift is about the same never maxed out my overhead press but I rep 205x10 on shoulder press
@john98ls1 you should defiantly try powerlifting and I'm glad I won't be in your weight class because that's a beast bench

yall use any pre workout supplements?
i tried code red today for the first time. gd that **** works big time!
i was pumped like a ****. first set on warm up pumped me up more than usual.
normally i can crank out 3-4 reps with 120db. today i did 8 reps.
and 3 plates and 25 on hammer strength incline. 10reps.
strict form ez bar curls with 120lb 13reps. 1 set
strict form bb curls with 120lb 12reps.
normally im done at 7-8 reps with above excersises.
even the bs cable excersises pumped me up more than usual.
that aint no placebo effect.
i tried the super pump but didnt really do nothing for me. i used it bout 5 times and gave rest away to my friend.

this code red stuff reminds me of the original ultimate orange with ephedra.
the original pre workout supplement. nothing else like it. or so i thought....

Ahhh, the good stuff! Closes thing to it now is 1.3-Dimethylamylamine, but nothing like the original ephedra supplements. Shazzam!

when I was competing we couldn't take hardly anything except Smilax and Amino Acids. Yohimbe Gold was off limits.
How times have changed.
