Default Fast/umi/bbk/slp...pics!!!

Well guys, I'm finally back into the game after nearly four years of having sold my T/A. I took the car to give it a nice wash and snapped some pics in the process. Its a 2001 MMM Z28 A4 with 88k at the moment.

So far the only mods at the moment are 3.73s, Accufab TB, SLP lid, and a basic tune.

Not too long ago i got bit by that bug again. I originally wanted to do a TFS215/VRX5 package but all that changed when I had to get a dental procedure done and had to pay out of pocket ....so my plans changed and I went a different direction...as of right now I have the following waiting to be installed! hopefully this next month!

Suspension:
UMI k-member w/ upper/lower a-arms
Prothane motor mounts
UMI adj. torque arm w/ relocation kit
UMI adj. phb
UMI subframes (still in the wrapping, too lazy to unwrap it lol)
UMI adj. lca's w/relocation brackets
UMI rear swaybar
SLP Bilstein shocks

Engine:
FTP 98mm Lid (we'll see if I can close the hood lol)
85mm maf
FAST 90/90 (ported by Cartek)
BBK 1 3/4 LT headers (I heard nothing but good things about em so I wanted to give them a shot! still debating wether to go y-pipe or x-pipe)
SLP pulley
SVO 30lbs injectors
Taylor Thundervolt 10.4 wires

Transmission:
FLT Level IV 4L60E (patiently waiting!)
4000 Custom Circle-D Converter w/flexplate (2.6 STR; shipped this week to FLT)

From the top of my head thats about it lol. I'll be taking the car to the track to see what it currently runs in a couple of weeks and get a weight on it to compare once everything is done.

The car will also be tuned by a friend here in South Texas who are pretty reputable down here. Can't wait til to get started on it!

I gotta give special thanks to Mike at WS6Store for their awesome customer service and extremely fast shipping! And to UMI, of course, for such amazing products!

Why'd you go with UMI over BMR? I'm looking to get new suspension parts and I'm debating...

I have been running the BBK LTs for 3 months now, still loving them so glad I got them over the painted pacesetters.

Thanks! There's a shop locally here that does some pretty damn good exhaust work...I think thats the only issue i'm gonna be faced with as far as that goes!

I'll be honest, I've never used BMR so I can't really give you an honest answer. From what I hear they have great products as well. I've used UMI before and never had any issues so thats why I stuck with them. I'm sure you can't go wrong with either.

to me they get the same job done as TR55s, but they last longer than tr55s. just my opinion though. i just returned some tr55s to save 20 bucks and reuse my stock plugs with MAYBE 28K on them.
