Dallas raceway I'm planning on going for the first time ever in a few weeks and wanted to get a little info on the track. I'm not sure what I'll need to bring in order to run and when the best time to go is? I'm planning on going on a Friday sometime after 4:30pm... anyone else planning on going soon?

But if your wanting to run it now the best time would be late at night when it cools off "Big Joke here" it still will be in the upper 90's but better then the 100 + in the day time.
To run the car just bring the car they don't have to many rules.
Might bring a helmet if your cars faster then a 11's..
But if you don't have one they have one ... Just go to the concession stands and give them your Drivers Licenses they will let you borrow one.

Really awesome track. Before though, when we ran on Friday or Saturday nights, there was an hour wait between each run due to the car count. You may not have that issue since it's too hot to race right now and every car's best time will be inaccurate due to the non-stop heat.
Then I wouldn't worry about buying one then no point.
You won't have any wait with the heat being the way it is right now.
Have fun...If my car ready by then i might come out to do a few test passes but thats it.

As for the wheelhop as soon as it starts just let out don't get back into it lol
