need Club info for State Fair / FBody Day
Who has info about the club we need to join in order to have our car in the corral for FBody Day at the State Fair this year.

Yes, it is October 15th. And yes, membership is required in one of the area f-body clubs (Texas F-Body Association, North Texas Third Gen Association, North Texas Camaro, or Lonestar Camaro). The main thread should be open in the next few weeks on www.texasfba.com.

I think we had 48 cars last year and the most was 110 a few years ago. Even though it is nice to see 100+ cars in the same location, I think the smaller number makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable event.

Quality over quanity.
IMO, not being impressed enough with the turnout to join, means you are missing the reason it's organized and held. That's ok. It simply means there's a spot for another enthusiast.
I've been every year since 2005. The memebers that attend the show are great. I simply feel bad that I am not able to make it to more events they schedule.

a few years ago, they didnt requite membership, and there was a shitton of cars. requiring membership helps keep the riffraff out, and also supports the clubs. the cost of a membership is less than the cost of one admittance ticket + parking. bring one person with you (or your family or some friends) and you made your money back and then some.
