Default Junk yard LS1 motor and a little bit of nitrous vs Protree Racing "Video inside"

Junk yard motor and a little bit of nitrous. I will post up pictures below why he calls it that.

Jason Vs Protree Racing

Protree came out on top and did a good job of showing him how it’s done lol
Protree helped Jason out with his setup before the races which helped him out a lot. He wanted tho thank them for all their help.

I’m posting this up for Jason Gamez .. He’s the one that bought “Skeeter99” SS Camaro the Tin Can lol

Stock bottom end LS1 with a Cam… cam specs unknown. Turbo 350.. 4500 stall and stock rear-end. Plus a 200 shot of Nitrous

Car weight with Driver 2900lbs

After the race he took the motor apart to make some changes and found out it wasn’t what he thought it was. Look close at the pictures it has different pistons and different rods.

He was told it had a " RapTR" - 236/242 - .615/.615 - 111 lsa by Thunder racing…. which doesn’t look like the case because they mark the cam this has no markings.

When Josh “Skeeter99” bought the motor he was told it was a new block and had ARP bolts and it had 5k miles on it…

I wish Jason would have not slept at the light would have been a tad closer race. Every since i had this car it felt strong but not as strong as it should have been for the weight. Now with it apart it explains it all the car is tuned for a raptr cam and it had a 595/595 cam in it which i still dont know the duration. So were going to change cams freshing it up and play with it some more maybe it will run like it should.

I wanna think Daniel at Pro Tree once again for his advice on the suspension set up the car was leaving like a dog before we talked to him. Ill post some vids of the before.

Most of these guy won't tell you their times just fyi it ran very well for what it had.

If ProTree wants to post his time that cool... I know Jason doesn't want his time posted.
