Am I the only one disappointed the filming stopped that far away? Guess the driver is video taping it and has to worry about braking and such, but I'd have loved to have seen him keep taping as he rolled up on the scene.

Wrong place to be doing that stuff and definitely wrong place if you don't know how to drive (C5 jockey).

LOL I keep imagining the C5 saying
"I'M THE JUGGERNAUT BITCH!" as it pushes the c6 into the brush and goes right back onto the road.

I can't believe the cops can arrest em off a video on the net. I see that more and more but just don't belive it. I would think you could destroy that in court....

Granted I'm by no means saying they are right in what they did and they should take it to the track, but comeon we all know it happens and we have all done it once in our life....

If the video author can testify in court that the video is authentic and unaltered, then it can be admissiable as evidence.

I had to tape a person performing a job task as a piece of evidence in a labor dispute. The video could only be allowed as evidence if I testified as to its authenticity. The defense crossed and tried to discredit me and the video.

If you are on video doing something like that they can do something about it. I could care less about the crash but i wanted to see what the c6 driver did to the c5 driver

They can certainly use that video as evidence. It showed the street signs, giving the location. It showed their license plates, and the video camera likely recorded the time. Also, since there was an officer called in, they have an incident report that links both of these cars together on that road.

This is no different than using a store security camera to catch thieves.
