can't speak to trans am specifically as I know they're a bit different, but a camaro's seats I'd guess ~7-10 pounds each, rear seats weigh nothing.. 1-2 pounds tops, back fold down portion maybe 10-15, I don't think you'd really save a lot by stripping the seats alone.

Theres a list around here someplace.. I want to say leather/all electric around 40 for driver maybe little less for pass, think 15-20 for rear

40?? What? Man I swapped in these seats myself, they didn't feel THAT heavy!
I'll take another look if I get my parts car, jeez.. am I stronger than I thought?
sorry for the misinformation. It's been about 3 months since I lifted em, I did the interior swap myself in under an hour. I didn't recall them being heavy at all.
