Where do you guys in the
houston area know of with a good deal on a 1080p 60 inch LCD TV and i also need to find a good deal on a new desk top PC.
Frys? Best buy did not have anything i liked for a PC price wise, Wal mart did not, but their TVs are not to bad since i get 10% off.

Damn it Carlos, hard enough to talk the wife into a 1000$ tv, just bought a new XDM .40 cal, fixing to get a M4A3 .223 cal and a new 12g shotty, new heads are not an option. Lol

Sounds like you have the firepower but you need to stock up on food! The apocalypse isn’t gonna be a walk in the park!

I bought all of my TV's online from a dealer on Ebay. Excellent service, no sales tax either. They are legit, one TV had a warranty issue and it was performed no hassle.
This was the store, Dad's Toys. http://stores.ebay.com/Dads-Toys-Inc?_rdc=1

That's what I was gonna say, build a gun lol. I'm gonna buy my AK 74 or AR 15 with mine hopefully. You can piece together a PC at fry's for a good deal and know everything will work right. You know what they say, build it once, **** apple.

I have a good friend that is in the know in building a PC, so if he has free time, i will run to Frys with him and spend a few hundo to make a bad *** PC, otherwise, if i found a tower ready to go i would jump on it but i have not had lick on the price department.
Will check Costco, but the Ebay seller Tony recommended was only selling LEDs at the size i am looking for and they are over the budget i am looking to spend on a LCD.

For sure, pretty sure you get twice the pc for half the price building it yourself from what he told me before.
Not very good prices.

I went to Fry's and got my PC tower already assembled with a 21.5" lcd, it ended up running about $650 iirc for the tower/monitor and was/still is plenty fast enough running 2 photo editing programs (memory intensive) along with whatever else I throw at it at once, I just talked to a couple techy friends who told me what specs I needed to look for.
PS, for a comparable Apple product, plan on spending about twice the money for the same processing power
