Do all tuners lock the PCM? This is something I never even though about. I wouldn't want mine locked because what if something happens to the tuner or the shop? Your screwed. I want the option to be able to take MY PCM to someone later if there is a reason.

I see that Nelson is trying here. Fucked up from the start, but trying. When you deal with customers for your living, no matter how bad you want to beat their *** some times, you have to suck it up and make them happy. Guess you (Nelson) won't be making Angies list. Hahaha.

We do not have caller ID, you did NOT call and speak to anyone, NOBODY answered your phone call. Erica literally just got back from lunch, so there's noway she could have answered your fake phone call. I do not answer the phones, neither do the techs.

There is a pic of my phones out going calls, and I already said I just want my car driveable and tuned correctly.
As for bringing there car there WHEN??? I have to find someone who can drive my car for me because of my surgery and I cant even push my clutch in.
