Default NELSON PERFORMANCE is AWESOME!!!

Nelson Crew, to this customer you guys are the bomb no matter what anybody else says and I am sure many others who have dealt with you all recognize this and value you all as I do.

You all have been up front with me about you all services. You all did a great job on my previous 08 Blu Rado and have provided valuable advice and tips free of charge on my 01 GMC which I appreciate very much.

Erica is a very smart young lady who knows alot about performance. I seriously believe you all had her reading performance magazines growing up besides her school work.

Your brother and Rey are all kool dudes who strive to satisfy your customers and alot of us will keep coming back and recommending you all. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Moderators, if you remove my post, remove the other waste of taxpayers money whining as well in all fairness.

my guess is this is another person who works there lol, it may not be but thats kinda weird within 5 hours of another thread this one pops up lol, honest i have never delt with nelsons so i cant comment about anything, but the response from them in the first thread was uncalled for, i hope you guyscan make it right with the tech member , even if he did overreact about things

and i just want to add that he sounded like he was fliping out over nothing, i understand sometimes shops are under alot of stress, i have heard alot of good things about them i just think the reply to the members thread was wrong, times these days are hard, and its easy to get carried away, i wish you guys tons of luck

Exactly. After the kind of response Nelson posted in the other thread, I would not consider doing business with them or recomend them. They handled that terribly. Instead of coming in the thread and owning up to their part of it, they have the thread deleted.

I guess here we go again, right? Now we're gonna **** on this thread.
I didn't have that thread deleted and I had nothing to do with it getting deleted.
Once again, people assuming.

I'm not going to get into details on why I felt the customer was wrong, but definitely get all the facts before posting up.

The OP in the other thread had my support until he started ranting about congress and that he was in the military for my freedom. Lost my support after that! Yeah, I am a disabled vet, and hate to see service members pull that card the way he did. Especially over that...

I feel the same way. Military status shouldn't get you any "special" privileges especially when you start demanding them or doing "I'm writing my congress... about trivial things at that."

For all military members, don't forget it is a volunteer military and it is a honor to serve your country.

Yep, the senator thing was pretty funny actually but Nelson's reply in that thread was about as professional as a donkey punch.

Regardless If you have problems with a business you need to contact them and let them know so they can try to correct the problem.

Regardless if the customer was right or wrong, I would never deal with a business who responds to there customers in such a way as they did. They handled the situation in the wrong manner and proved there customer service blows!

I agree..... Well as it stands right now they will not even unlock his PCM and return it to stock. So that he can get tuned else where.....
Regardless of what was said by either party they should atleast unlock the mans PCM so he can go get a good tune put on his car.after all it is his car and his PCM. He's not asking to see their tune.
