Default New Shoes

Hey Everybody,

That I would post up some new wheels I finally put on my car. Next up is redoing the rear with new sway bars, subframe connectors, a new torque arm, and possibly a 12 bolt then I go to redoing the engine. I've also included one picture of the car from a year ago with the old crap wheels. Let me know what y'all think. My goal for this car is to keep it extremely clean and very "stockish" looking except for being lowered and with other wheels. I don't want to make it crazy crazy fast, but rather fun and quick.

Can't go wrong with Fix-See.

And kick those in the nuts that say it like Fisky.

Hmm...nope. I have a decent watch so I'm good.

However, thanks for the responses. I have really been enjoying them and the car is much more of a drive just because of the extra traction, and the fact that I'm finally content with it for a while. However, the only issue I have is the alignment of the torque arm. I compressed the suspension when on stands, but I guess I can't get enough and therefore the rear end is about 1/8' off to the left looking in from the rear. So I guess back to the jack stands and just time to twist the wrench until I feel happy.

Looking at the pics I thought to myself, "why does this car and house look so freaking familiar?!" DUH. I've been there to take care of Ezra's rides.

Car looks great with those wheels! Love them!

Fikse wheels are about the best mod you can do IMO.

I have the exact same goals for mine; not trying to break any records, just like having something fairly quick. I've got one or two more things to do before it looks how I want then it's on to the go fast goodies (redoing a thing or two.)

Your car is shaping up really nice! Excellent choice in wheels, can't go wrong with Fikse.
