Set a New C6 1/4 record today(M6, non Z06 or ZR1) So did somebody else. I'll let them post their own thread about it. Thanks Andrew for letting us come out there and rip it up!
Probably the most fun I have ever had at a dragstrip in my life. We had 4-9 second M6 1/4 vettes out for a track rental today at Royal Purple Raceway, as well as some other cars. An absolute blast. No lines, no crowds standing around, no 4x4 trucks dragging water down the track, etc. Well worth the money.
ECS sent me a 2200 for my car. My tuner yanked off the MAF tune and did a 2.5 bar Speed Density tune on Wednesday. Come to find out, I'm over 100% duty cycle on the injectors. Meth brought it back in to the 70's% range. Big blower wasn't going on anymore. Back up plan time. Thursday afternoon, we went to test the nitrous kit that had been previously installed eslewhere at another shop. I haven't tested or used it. Nothing worked, nothing was wired correctly. Gforce just yanked it all out, sent me to pick up a basic MSD window switch and WOT sensor and installed a plate kit instead of the fogger. Car made good, strong numbers. Low 800's on blower tune. Mid 800's with a small shot.
My car still has 100% stock C6 driveline(minus the Mcleod Clutch), etc. Full Street trim, no weight removed, no drag pack or skinnies, exactly how I drive the car everyday.
Today, we fought a steady 20-25mph direct headwind, with gusts around 30mph. Something we almost never get. Here are the blower only passes. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my MPH on the first run.
After that, we installed the bottle in the car, and changed the tune to the nitrous tune. I have a manual arming switch behind the shifter that I hit after I grab 2nd gear. The first attempt didn't work well as you can see by my ET, but the 2nd one did. :woohoo:

Great job driving that beast! It definitely was fun out there...
Btw... I was the one wrenching on Andrew's ZR1....
Would also like to say it was nice meeting the guys from Lethal...great job with your cars too!

Once the wind died down the ZR1's rolled out!! I know you had to go but it got real good at the end. Yall must be happy I know we are. And to pull the tires off the ground and a 1.4 60ft is just plain DIRTY on an IRS car. Congrats look forward to the videos!!!!!!! Prostreet thanks for putting it together..

You guys cars are bad to the bone. I'll need my 2200 to play with ya'll in Mexico with those cars. 
Glad you met the Bully and Flash as well after I left. Also, Andrew is a badass host for an event. One cool dude.

Nice to meet everyone as well. Mark congrats on the runs.
Our C6 was the fastest car at the rental running a 9.36@146mph with a 1.38 60 ft.

Mark didn't have that grin on his face when he got there, that is for sure. Had a blast Mark rows the gears very well and glad to see he got what he was looking for. Bad head wind was an understatement. It was so bad that even Mikey was getting knocked around
. The auto C6 from the Force just looks mean. Well worth the money because the track is all ours for that time.
Danny, Joe and the guys from Lethal Performance are a great bunch of car guys. And shorty(Danny) really knows how to drive a car. Glad you could make it, it was well worth it.

Hell yea. Im getting username all the info for the Dallas event. We all need to do this again! I know Ill take my junk to the next one. Super friendly environment and killer builds and all the LSX cars were flying. Ive got 1/2 of Marks run
