They can email you a video or picture. Most of them happen with right turns on red, most people don't stop but by law you must come to a complete stop before turning on red. I would pay it depending on how much it is and if they can come after you. Or fight it.

there was at least 1 or 2 here in nj that were beaten. the company was caught changing the amount of time that the yellow light stays yellow.

They really can't do squat, got one in Houston a year and half ago and another in JV about 6 mos ago (right on red). Do not reply or acknowledge that you got the ticket, if you do, then you will have to pay/go to court. If they were serious they would send the ticket certified mail, otherwise they cannot prove it got to you.

Only 30% of the red light tickets have been paid in Houston. As of right now there is nothing the city can do besides empty threats. That could change in the future though.

I ran one late at night, was coming home and the light had just gone red but no cars were coming from the other direction so I rolled thought he right turn slowly but didn't stop and got caught....got the ticket and paid it. Pretty dam pointless to try and fight it also ignoring it is pretty dumb just pay it and get it over with.

Just got one in the mail a couple of weeks ago, found out about it the same day I got a speeding ticket. Was a very unlucky month
They want $75 as well, I haven't done a damn thing about it. Think I should just ignore them and pretend like I never got it and deny ever knowing about it if they ever come at me? I'm in the DFW area, got the ticket in Fort Worth. Would a cop be able to see that I did not pay one if I was to be pulled over and they ran my license?
