C'mon guys. They really havent done anything so bad as to warrant this type of bashing.... sure a couple of posts could be considered cocky but not near as cocky as some of us are. You have to admit, we have seen faaar worse than this. I say let them stay..... Maybe a little rivalry is a good thing. Ive been on Tech for a minute so I know how things work here. There is no denying that we are one of the most close minded groups out there.... with the exception of the Gen5 forum guys maybe.. lol.
Ash, where is this meet you speak of? Which Bone Daddys? Ive got about 15 buddies, all LS Fbodys and theyre pretty new to the whole "meet" thing. Maybe I can get them to come out. No guarantee they will be as receptive to your crowd but its worth a shot I guess...

If Cars and Coffee is more you're thing then we will have a small group out there as well on Saturday, the 7th.
I understand what you're saying. It'd be the same thing if a bunch of people from Tech, put Ls1tech stickers on their cars and then went to a meet. Bottom line is unless you have some billy-bad *** builds in this "group", it'll be hard fetched to gain support from some of the close minded rednecks on Tech

it hauled *** for what it was. drug a couple cam'd LS1's down the highway on the hose. its actually the car i miss the most. beat the **** out of it and if i stayed out of boost, it still got 20mpg.
LS2 GTO, LT's, CAI, tune vs me boost only, no juice.

i agree. which is why i loved to beat the **** out of it. it was a lose lose situation for the people i raced against. if i won, you just lost to a neon. if i lost, eh no big deal, its a neon.

and I dont use a bottle. I like srt4s but the longevity and reliability isnt there. Plus the crank angle in the 2.4 sux, seen a lot of rod bearings give up because of it. Ive driven a few but if I were going with a 4dr it would be an Evo.What turbos are you running? and what displacement? I have a friend running an LSx with twin PTEs making 1100+whp, car is pretty sick. Destroyed the straps at the last dyno day I was at. I like to give him **** because I still make more WHP per liter than he does.
and remember, it would be a lose lose for anyone that we race as well, If I win, they lost to a Cobalt, and if I lose, who cares... its a cobalt, which goes even better for the GFs Saturn, cuz no suspects a Saturn.
