Default Good transmission shops in Houston tx

Looking for a good transmission shop in Houston Texas. Looking to beef up my t56 a lil. Nothing crazy but it needs a lil help. Suggestions?

good question, was thinking about just sending mine off to liberty but idk how expensive that would be.

Yea then u also have to remove it yourself which is difficult for me since I have a tiny apartment garage. Where in liberty would you send it? What do you think about ticks transmissions

^^ i think he is talking about liberty transmissions. its not in liberty tx.
If you can pull it yourself then tick performance is the place to go. free shipping both ways and i heard alot of good things about them. thats where mines gonna go.
if you cant pull it. LMR rebuilds t56s

tick builds great stuff if you can take it out. also century is about one of the best for autos not sure on their 6speeds but if they do it they do it good or not at all

They don't i tried them.Check this out there is a company in san antonio tx thats builds some pretty badass tranny and pretty reasonal too.This guy builds for people around the world.He did my Stage 4 for 2100.00 his contact address is mike@txmotorsports.com guy really knows his stuff plus he's done several of my buddies car.My last tranny was built by LMR which took a pretty good beating.Mike just did one for my buddy Joey it was a stage 3 for 1350.00

Yea I've heard of that shop in San Antonio. Guess I can drive down there if I HAVE TOO. Gforce is an option as they have done installs for me before but never any tranny work. Not sure of their quality on tranny builds

i don't think g-force does any tranny work in house. they would most likely ship it to somebody. now you might give them a call and see who they recommend.

Yea gforce charges you to drop it then ships it out. Not really liking that fact. Lmr do good tranny work? Expensive?
