*Roommate wanted* 1604/Potranco Alright guys here's the deal. I am a Federal Agent with the Department of Homeland Security. I own a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house off of Potranco/1604 in WestCreek that is barely a yr old. Looking for a responsible professional person. Male or Female. I'm not some **** **** who will be constantly checking what you are doing. I work a lot, 12-18 hrs a day.
House is 2600sq ft, property is 9000sq ft. There is 26 trees in the backyard. Shaded deck area, BBQ pit, very private backyard area. You will have access to full tennis courts, swimming pools, running trails and areas for gatherings. All utilities are included, as well as high speed wifi, and cable with some movie channels. House has a "state of the art" security system.
House is close to North West Vista College, Lackland AFB, Sea World, and UTSA.
Military, Medical field people would be ideal but not mandatory.
Asking $300 deposit, $700 a month all bills paid, at least a 6month lease. You would literally have the house to yourself 5 days a week.

Thanks guys. My neighbors are real good at taking care of the place for me while I'm at work, but would feel a little better knowing someone was there. I figured I'd post this in here for while before having to post on Craigslist and have the weirdos come out of the woodworks.
