Most bikes need the rider mod...badly. A good number of bikes will run 9s off the showroom floor but that requires a hell of a jockey to do it. Relatively speaking, a car is much easier, assuming you have the power and either an auto or are running "from roll." Bikes also hit an aero wall at about 100. Fun to watch, for sure, but it's ALMOST apples and oranges. Driver mod is WAY more important on a bike than a car.

I love bikes, and have owned many. I just have come to realize I turn into the devil when I saddle it and push the bike to the ragged edge. My 3 year old opened my eyes to how insane I can be, lol.
