Default Picked up a new DD today

Picked up a 2007 silverado classic. I wasn't even home 15 minutes and started removing stuff. The side steps and wind guards will be coming off tomorrow. It has 100k miles on it, but it shifts great, sounds good and doesn't leak a drop.

Appreciate it! This is the look I think I'm gonna go for. I'll probably level it in the next week, then a 2-4 drop in the next few months. I would like a 4-6 like in this pic, but that might be too low for daily use.

Why lower a big truck? Doesnt that somewhat defeat the purpose of it?

Nice truck. Get some bigger wheels and call it a day.

Make sure you do the tranny filter/fluid change asap and hope that it has been done before

The transmission is the least of my worries. It has the smoothest shifting 4l60 in it I have ever seen.

Nice Truck, congrats on the buy. selling steps? btw if the trans shifts good now at 100k i wouldnt change the fluids at this point in fear of washing out the clutch packs.
