Default Anyone know what's up with 510 Race Engineering?

They were recommended to me by a member on here, and I've been trying to call them for the past week or so, but nobody seems to ever answer the phone. Are they still around?

They are definitely still around. Other than being extremely busy I'm not sure what might be going on, but they are still building cars for sure!

Yeah, I was wanting to do a twin turbo setup on my '06 GTO. But it looks like I'll be going somewhere else if I can't talk to someone there.

Just has the others are saying. 510 is a very top notch shop and they are extremely busy. Keep trying to contact them. I'll see Randy on Sunday for the Galveston fun run, and make sure he knows. Good luck.

Those guys are slammed over there. I've known them for years since we went to SAM together and I still have a hard time getting a hold of them.

Those are some good guys over there. Yes, they are EXTREMELY busy. They've had my car for a while, and every now and then I try texting randy to see what's up. I usually don't get a response, but I know my Z is in good hands, so I'm not worried. Just keep trying, you won't be disappointed.

Probably just short handed. Try stopping by their shop if you're close.

They're a great shop and very busy. I was over there talking to Randy the other day and he said he was having to work in the shop a lot and was trying to hire another tech so he could go back in the office and answer the phones. Randy and Matt really know their stuff

OK gents...I gotta know. I drive by this shop weekly because I live by there...the same black 4th gen camaro has been sitting out in front of that shop for months! For at least a couple of months it was in the same spot with jack stands underneath it. I have two camaros now and and I'd like to take stuff in there to get it worked on, but that has always struck me as odd. I've never been in there, but I've seen pics of the interior and it looks like a well run shop on the inside.

It's a great shop, man. Like everyone else said, they're very busy. Stop on by and talk to Randy, he'll help you out.

That black Camaro is one of the owners cars he's had forever. Has no motor and I'm sure he has no time to put it back together.

Bet its a business tactic to maintain a certain flow. Too much or optimal business = throw a car out front on jack-stands.. The rest goes without saying.
lol
