Default Twin turbo farm truck hits the street

All I can say is this nasty little truck is a blast to drive! Tuning is comming along great and finally got to make my 1st WOT pull in 1st gear, it is insane. Can't believe how hard these twins hit, just blows the rear tires off (granted they are regular old 235/75r15 street tires) and gets very angry very fast! I will soon have some good WOT videos, but for now here is what I have.
Great thing is the fuel system is looking up to par for what I want. on 10.3AFR @ 185KPA (13PSI) my duty cycle was 60% running e85. Once I lean it out a bit, I think it's hold 17psi-20psi without a hitch. DBW was a trip trying to get the stupid thing to quit shutting down under boost, but I finally figured it out haha.
BTW, these little T4 gt35's are very loud, sound sick! Spool is alot faster than I thought it was going to be, data log shows at 2300rpm (126kpa) and by 3100rpm (185kpa) which shot right to 6130RPM in a violent tire spin fury haha.

ENJOY!

Thanks brother! Trust me I will have many WOT videos. Can't wait till my built TH350 and 10" converter go in. I just threw in a mild th350 12" converter to get things mocked up and test driven. Trans I'm sure is thanking me for those street tires lol

I appreciate it that. Us performance junkies that wanna go fast on a dime gotta figure ways out to make it cool and cheap at the same time. I hated to sell the blazer but if I wanna get things opened up, I gotta turn a dollar or two lol.

Really cool build, interested in seeing some hp numbers. Is it just a stock 5.3 or did you freshen it up?

Lol, well, I did not have a coolant temp gauge hooked up so I was monitoring coolant temp while driving around the block thru hptuners.

thing sounds evil man!

just a question, wouldnt you wanna call it maybe the hay hauler or something else as the Farmtruck is already known?

would be awesome to see a race between Hay Hauler and Farmtruck instead of Farmtruck vs Farmtruck

Thanks mang!

Well believe it or not I had the name Farmtruck picked out well before that show (As you can see my built date was in march) even tho it looks like that farmtruck has been out for awhile lol.

Hay Hauler, Farm Truck either way I would love to race him one day.

yeah man that truck has been around for a long while before the show ever came up.

I was just suggesting a different name since people are automatically going to think of the other one when you say farmtruck.

No one wants to be walking in someone elses shadow lol

but yeah man i hope you get to line them up with his truck, seeing two big bodies slugging it out would make for a great crowd!

You better crank up the boost as last I heard it went 9.7 with it's built big block and 500 shot fogger setup.
