This is later in the evening at the TECQ public hearing. The TECQ rep responsible for permit approval/dis-approval was stumbling hard over his words and at one point tried to hand the mic to someone else. He couldn't answer simple yes/no questions as many holes were shot into the permitting process.

That would be perfect!

Smile Royal Purple Raceway in no Danger

Baytown Sun article Sunday shows the TCEQ inspection done on Royal Purple Raceway's neighbor's concrete pile concludes HPP DID NOT put dust on the raceway track. From the article: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality concluded that HPP Materials did not violate air quality regulations in relation to a complaint that dust drifting from the facility entered the adjacent Royal Purple Raceway Park on July 5. TCEQ investigators said that in their onsite investigation Sept. 12, they observed no dust leaving the site, and found no evidence of dust impact either at the fence line or on adjacent property. HPP is voluntarily building a berm between the businesses. When completed, it will 40-feet tall with a 10-foot high landscape topper - for a total of 50 feet tall along the boundary.

the last few times i have been there my car was covered with rock dust when i got home but that could have been caused by the 100 pasadena race trucks running around the parking lot.
