I'll keep an eye out. Someone stole it out of your garage? For all of my vehicles i keep a hidden gps system in them. Even a hidden cheap tablet with gps will do. I hope it's found soon.

HOW AWESOME!!! SHE WAS FOUND!!!!

The cops think it was from all the heat from all of you sharing it online so fast that they knew they could not sell it or part it out and they dumped it. A guy walked by it at his apartment, said "that's a nice car, why is it here" then got on Facebook and saw the STOLEN post. He ran outside, confirmed it, and called the cops. We just got this photo from him.

THANK YOU ALL!
This community is why this man has it car back.

A sad story with a happy ending. Glad to see you got it back in one piece sir.

Whoever was responsible should be ashamed of themselves for taking something that didn't belong to them. Your parents, that is if you had any worthy of being called parents obviously didn't teach you any respect in life....

I'm glad everything turned out great in the end. Whoever stole it was definitely not even worthy to touch it. Peasants...

Glad they got it back but with todays technology it should have been harder to take and easier to find. Gps units are cheap and don't cost that much per month to keep active.

There's ways to get around those too I'm sure but it certainly could mean the difference between getting it back on one piece or scraps.

How do you get around one? You can hide it easily and they work for days even if they pull the battery out of the car.

Professional car thieves don't get the title by accident. Its an electronic device that needs power to operate so find the power source or the unit itself and disable it.

They are battery powered and really small at 2"x2"x 1/2" so hiding one is easy and most thieves aren't going to spend a bunch of time looking for something that may or not even be there before they take the car, The service tells you the second the car moves more than a few feet, They will tell you if the signal has been interrupted and they are even integrated into alarm systems so just jiggling the car can send a message to the owner. The only sure way to defeat them is to hack into them and most thieves wouldn't be able to do that even if they knew what system it is. Simply blocking the signal sends a message to the owner so that's out. Not many professional car thieves are going are classic cars that are easily traced back to them.

LOL Can't disable it without notifying owner, Can't block it without notifying owner, Can't move it without notifying owner. Sure they may get away using a tow truck/flatbed but they won't be able to get far.
