Looks like a number of people have had that problem, some were unable to clean them up and just replaced them, but others have had success at 'un-fogging' them:

I heard that you can buff and polish it out....I think one of my co-workers had our body do that to his car and it came out almost looking new

I had this problem on my car as well, to cure this I got some very fine sandpaper and water and went over both headlights for what seemed like eternity. After this I used compound and a buffer and they looked as good as new. Hope this helps
