Question Wisconsin quarter worth over $1000??

Anyone hear something on the news about some Wisconsin quarters being worth over $1000? Something about them having too much husk on the ear of corn? Reason I ask is because I've got one of these quarters and wanted to verify if it's the "rare" type. Anyone have any clue of what I'm talking about?

http://www.coinworld.com

They are still getting $200+ on ebay, then again Mac LT1 headers sell for nearly $600 on there and are only $469 brand new from the manufacturer.

Yeah, I just googled it a while ago. You're right PSYKO, the coins worth more cash have an extra leaf on the left hand side of the ear of corn. There are two versions, one is with the extra leaf pointing up, and the other is with it pointing down. Some coin collectors are paying big bucks for them. Mine is just a regular Wisconsin quarter though. I'll have to check the ones at the bank when I go back to work.

I have one roll of these quarters left at work. I'll have to check it out on monday. If I had known I would have gone through them sooner and kept the ones worth some $$

hmmm I wonder if there is a chance I might find one while being here in WI. I would imagine that they would have a lot of there own coinage in the own state. I guess I will have to start buy quaters and checking them
