Default Interesting Car wash (cops, charges, etc)

This migth be a tad long... (notes at end)

Tonight I decided to clean my car, but it was late so I took my mit and supplies to the car wash bay, the one I used when I was detailing cars constantly back a few years ago. Well after I finish washing the car and start drying, a friend pulls up to b.s for a few. The gas station/carwash attendant comes out (3rd time he has pulled this on me) and tells me and friend to leave b/c we are loitering (spellling?) Well I'm a paying customer so I can stay, and just tell my friend to move his car over to the next lot, as the guy cant say anything about his car being there. So the guy still goes off and starts bitching about how the owner of the lot next to the car wash said for him to keep people off of it.. Well tough ****, its not his to control... So he says he will call the cops.. I say ok, call them. The ******** then hits my fender with the phone in his hand, and leaves a few scratchs. He says he didnt mean to, well bullshit he shouldn't have been that close to the car to start with, and it was obvious he intended to.
Well the cops arrive, one of which I know, and the other is pretty cool too. They guy says he wants to press tresspassing and harassment charges on me.. Then I pop off and say I'll press on him for hitting my car, destruction of private property. He ends up getting tresspassing on me (big deal, didn't plan on going back, but we'll get to that shortly) So we fill out the paper work, the cops tell me to get an estimate and it should be a done deal (as in I should win, since I had a witness, and he wasn't provoked or anything). While waiting for the paper work to be filled out, and catching some drips on the car, a few more cops show up (couple of them had been across the street eating) and one of them gets in contact with the owner of the carwash/gas statoin (large company in town). They want me to come by and file a formal complaint! Wee... maybe I'll get this tool fired. 3rd time he has wasted the police officers, my, and his time by calling them. The first 2 times the cops told him to lay off as I and my friend were not hurting anything, and he couldnt do anything as i was a paying customer...

So anyways..... it was an interesting night..

(Notes: Wash car, carwash guy calls cops, hits my car, files tresspassing on me, I file charges on him hitting car)

I'm sure I will. Once they find out who I am and how much I've spent there in recent years they will I'm sure.

The estimate is not a problem. I have about 6 shops I can go to and all of which I am very good friends with the owners. One of them is owned my a friends dad, which is a good friend of mine.

HAHA thanks for the 'kind' words. The manager of the company pretty much blew me off, but that will be settled rather quickly.
Lets see, remove, replace fender, sand, prep, prime, sand, prime, sand, base, sand, clear, clear clear, sand, buff, that sounds pretty pricey!

Reason I didn't be the hell out of him: his buddy was with him, rather stout and had around 70lbs on me I'll post a few pics tomorrow, after i get the estimate.

And anyone that wants to come up, dont. This town sucks.
