Thats too bad to hear. I am sorry that had to happen. I have been in that situation once and I tried to walk away. I ended up not walking away, but I didnt go to jail. Good luck with the case.

Sorry that happened to her(this should never happen).
Those dipshits deserve a bloody eating (the 2 responsible and the 6 that defended them) and the cops should have investigated your side of the story (If it was me and I had brought a gun it would have been used and I am sure the same applies to most of us you wanted a fight not a homicide) the fact that the police did not think of that makes me think incompetence on their part.
It is their job to protect you and your family too(not to only believe the word of a couple drunken ********).

SCREW THEM send them back over the river.............I bet there's about 30 of them living in that apartment. Call the Border patrol and tell them that you see about 8-10 people livin there and every week its a different group of people. They'll come and check it out, plus they will search the place anyways and get them for more stuff
