I bought an SS in Dallas, got to Sweetwater, and now im stuck at Toliver? Chevrolet using their computer... I have AAA towing me back to the Plano area and I have no clue what the hell I can do... any help would be appreciated. Alright, I found my way (using AAA) and had them tow me to Plano Pkwy, so as of now, I'm staying at the Fairfield Inn until Monday. I had the car towed to 21st Century Musclecars? Off Marsh and Trinity. I have no way of getting to the shop on Monday, so I don't know if anyone is available in the area... or knows of something to do... street races? drag strip? something.. I'm stuck here at LEAST til Monday, so if someone can help out... I charged my cell phone while in the tow truck for 4 hours, so you can give me a call whenever... I just need a ride to 21st on Monday badly... if not I can pay 58 bucks for a cab =/. Thanks in advance for the speedy responses guys. I'm a California guy for now, but seemingly enough the people in Texas are MUCH more helpful than in Southern Cal. (FWIW, my parents just bought a house in Hurst? so I might be moving out here soon with my toys )

I think they said my car would be done around 12 or so... The car strated pouring coolant out of the water pump, just south of the thermostat. I'm hoping that is all it is... if not, I might be staying here for a couple more days to try and get it safe enough to drive back to CA without cooling issues or breaking down. If anyone has any suggestions, or does live local... again, it's not fun walking everywhere and not knowing where the hell I'm walking to... heh. I'm going to see what is around here today/this evening, since I have nothing to do... I know it's fathers day, so I don't expect to hear from anyone, but if your down to hang out... Im no pyscho killer, or some ****** geek (not implying that gay people are bad or anything...). Give me a call on my cell, I walked 5 miles to the WalMart and got a charger! .
