You need to change those plugs and go to a non-projected tip. the ones you have are a projected style tip which doenst pull heat out of the chamber efficiently as the non-projected styles do...Let me see what i can pull up for your application.

Cross referencing that style of plug you are running I come up with a NGK5671A-7 or 8...Id pick up a set of those and run the gap @.030 on the 7's and .028 on the 8's. Tell me what you think about them...Thats the same plugs that I run in my car. I run the flat seat gasket style because it pulls the plug out of the chamber just a hair extra to help with heat exchange which is what plugs are really used for.

How fast have you been on a STOCK shortblock...I mean a TRuE stock shortblock, not some forged Diamond piston fitted shortblock with milled "Stock" heads cam only setup.
