Default House for Sale - Baytown

Howdy,

I'm selling my house over in Baytown (moving closer to HRP ) not that this house isn't close enough (5 minute drive from HRP).

Anyhow, if you are interested, or know someone who might be, PM me.

Here are the particulars: Nice quiet neighborhood. 1563 sq ft - 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage brick home. The house has been completely updated w/tile floors, and new cabinets. There is travertine marble tile in master bathroom. The house has a large 15x25 covered patio with huge backyard perfect for BBQ's or just hanging out. Price is $99,500.

As a side note. The garage is already built out with extra electrical outlets, and a ton of built in shelving (perfect for parts and tool storage ). The house has a side drive that you can store an extra car or boat on. The drive has access to the backyard.

Pics:

Front of house

Back yard 1: (The backyard has a ton of trees and lots of room)

Back Yard 2:

Living Room 1: (as you can see the whole house has tile which makes clean up a snap.)

Living Room 2:

Living Room 3: Plenty of room for a big TV. Its a good room to watch movies in.

Kitchen: (all new cabinets)

Guest bath

Guest bedroom ( the other bedroom - My office is about the same size)

I can get more pictures, I just ran out of space on the memory stick last night. I still need to shoot the master bath, and the master bedroom. I'll probably. If anyone is interested, or wants to see any other shots let me know....

Thanks...

how is the area over there (people)? I know you don't have any kids, at least that I know of, but do you know where the nearest Elementary is (school district)? For sale by owner or you going through a realtor?

The house looks very nice, you guys did a great job on the updates.

Everyone is fine. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood. Lots of young couples in the neighrborhood. Overall a good well established neighborhood.

I don't have any kids yet. I know all about the schools. My wife is a teacher (4th grade). The elementary school is ~ less than a mile from the house. There is a small neighborhood park a block away. I think if you cut through the park you end up at the school. (it 1 mile if you drive). The school district is GCCISD (Goose Creek Consolidated Independant School District). A lot of the kids in the neighborhood are my wife's students.

For sale by owner. I hate paying commisions.

The house looks very nice, you guys did a great job on the updates. Lynda

Thanks. Some were done by the previous owner. I did the rest.

Damn, houses are inexpensive down there. Up here (suburbs of Chicago), that house would easily sell for double that, if not more, depending on area. Good luck selling.....

Hey! I live out there.......you building north or south of Spur 55 (or Texas 99)? I live south of 55 on 2354 on the water side.

Are you the same J-Rod that used to drive a white Nova? I think also a Vette? It's been a few years but I remember the name and the rides.
