Anyone ever gone tubing in the San Antonio, Austin Area? post up any good places to go, i'll be going up there thursdsay 7/14-7/18 I'll be up there for the shootout and if my car is done i'll be up there racing that sunday.

Guadelupe River was great with nude chicks everywhere and people shooting jello shots at you with slingshots, even hooked up with some girls and had fun further down the river

The comal is great to float. My part of the river is more for boating and swiming on dunlap.

ya theres PLENTY of places to float the river around here, i live like 10 min from new braunfels, as far as is it ok for kids? you go on weekdays and its usually not too bad, but on the weekends, its just hundreds of people floating the river, drinking, havinga good time,(like a big party on the river) its bad ***, if you've never floated the river, and ur gonna float this weekend, ur probably in for a treat 
, if you float the comal, watch for when the post up on the side, post up with them, ususally LOTS of girls flashing etc

you can take kids to either river. comal is giong to be about 3hrs and isnt as rough of a ride and guad is about 5 hrs. Do not go to rockin R. way to expensive. everyone goes to the same river. no reason to pay more. my friends and i always go to Texas Tubes. about $10 a person with shuttle and parking and is on comal. as far as kids go there will be drunk college kids drinking beer but normally nothing to really worry about.
