Well i think that is awesome for a 3700lb. STREET CAR "383" in blistering HOT weather. Congrats to Rick and Dave, Chris E and myself did a couple last minute tweaks and were very happy with the results. We are sure the car has quite a bit more left in it, will keep all posted.

Hell yeah! I bet that pass was with Fikses up front wasnt it? That car has every thing in it still, even has the back seats and full working a/c. This hit was lon over due, congrats to all. Every one from taco C remembers that car, funny people talk mess about the Lt1 cars, but every one regrads that lil Hawk as one of the baddest street cars in Houston. Great pass guys

LOL. Yeah we were all there. This is leaving without the transbrake. The belt did shear off. This car has ALOT more left in it. I think with some suspension that 9.90 can be a 9.6 in just the 60ft alone!!! Considering this is a 3600lbs street car I am very amazed!!!
Had the Fikse's on the front!!!
Paul they had Rick attached directly to a 12-volt source so he could withstand the force!!!
