My "cam only" LT1 held its own tonight. I ran some bald guy in a silver CTSV tonight. I heard from a reliable source that it has ported heads and a aftermarket cam. I was rolling "3 Deep" with a full tank of 93 octane so my Camaro had to weigh somewhere around the 4000 pound mark. We raced once from a dig, which I spun the rear dry rotted Wal-Mart tires all the way into 3rd gear, and he had about a door on me. We then proceeded to run from a 50mph roll and I jumped out on him about a car length until I let out (I thought I had seen a cop).
Earlier, I ran a G5X3 cammed SS from a roll on the beltway and had 1/2 of a car length on him up until 120.
My car is still untuned but I have been scheduled to get it tuned this coming up Tuesday. Both cars that I ran tonight have to be making over 400 RWHP considering all of their mods. I am very eager to find out how much my "cam only" LT1 is making untuned. I will probably be out there again next Wed. if anyone would like to try me again.

Nick failed to mention he was also carrying a endangered specias... Josh aka Chewie... He was riding shotgun.. The white car really does bring out the color in Josh eyes.
Pabon was incontrol of N2OD2 just in case a race had to be settled. Or we were attacked by any kind of aliens...

Hate to tell you, but your source sucks. Nice try though, I'm sure beating a 4Dr Caddy makes you feel as if theres worth in your life....

Your reliable source is wrong...You know exactly who that was and its a 224/224 cam only car with longtubes through stock mufflers.....I saw you steal the move like a champ. Either way it rolls out for an lt1. I take it the new kit is working great!!!! Good race!

Nobody tells the truth on the internet Chuck. You should know that by now. LOL! IT"S ALL LIES! Ha Ha!
Maybe next week we can do it again without all of the extra weight in the cars? By then I should have it "tuned" with some good TARS on the back.
