Default HRP Friday Night Video of the Trailblazer

I know someone got a video of the Trailblazer SS running Friday night at HRP. Have you gotten a chance to download it? If so I would love to see it.

That is a bad little SUV. I think I would make a great family car.

Talking about Wheel 2 Wheel?

I could be wrong but I believe they made that on a simulated run on a Mustang Dyno. No tracks are open where they live.

Got a contact number? If so I will call them to find out.

W2W did theirs on a Dyno simulation to estimate the 13.9 ET. Guess their dyno is pretty accurate eh?

Nice run, yours is a 2WD correct?

AWD. And that's what I thought. Yep I'd say pretty accurate.

Weather permitting I'll be back this weekend trying to get close to 13.5 with a K&N and upgraded tune.

thats all good and well, but as funny and unexpected as it is a bmw X5 with the 4.4liter V8 runs 13.8s at 103. Talk about moveing now they have a 4.8liter option with 480hp. I want to see what that thing runs.

Does anyone make a torque converter for the TBSS yet? That should wake it up bigtime. I'll bet 12s would be pretty simple with a converter and bolt-ons.

The BMW's quick! The results are not unexpected in the Trailblazer.

The only reply I have to that is after paying for my Trailblazer I still have $15K to invest in mods. (I have $30K to invest to stay with the S model) Theoretically I will be faster than that after $0.4K in mods.

Tony,

The vehicle is still too new. No headers, no TC, one guy is in the process of installing a 100-150 shot. And Lingenfelter is supposed to be installing a magnacharger on one. With time it should all be available.

Were you back at the track sunday? If so, I'm the guy in the SOM Z28. I got into the 12's on the last run that night! Lid, filter, and Corsa! Full weight with cats, not too shabby!

BTW your car rolls out really hard, very sedate looking car that packs quite a punch.
