STANG KILLA SS 2, Sean said the same exact thing to me many months ago..

Check my previous posts.. his version of making things right is by not doing anything at all.

Default my car

This is one of my posts on another website about my car and Sean:

I found all this out today!!!!

Well i hope you (Sean) make good on all of your promises! One of your guys spilled brake fluid on my vette when it was in there getting a clutch installed. Its going to cost $3200 to repaint and you told me your shop would pay for it. I mailed you the estimates last week and didnt get a phone call back, and i have been calling for the past 3 days. i guess i will go by there to see what is going on. I hope you are a man of your word!!!! The internet is the only way i can maybe get ahold of you so please get in touch with me. you have a email!

Damn that does suck. Since fastech is no longer a sponsor here is what they did to us. Some guy named Bob (must be that silent partner) from fastech called and wanted an edelbrock carb manifold for ls-1 in september. He ordered it and I had edelbrock dropship it to them. Turns out a month later one of their customers calls asking about a 400.00 charge on their card, Bob had told us to use their card we had on file it wasn't even theirs it was one their customers. Obviously the card got charged back and they got a free manifold. I called them for 6 weeks oct-december trying to get ahold of somebody and hoping they would make it right. I finally got Shawn (sp) on the phone he said he would get his credit card out of the safe and call me right back to square up with us. Never heard from him again. I got a collections agency involved and they were told "do whatever you need to do to try to get us to pay". If any body sees an edelbrock #29086 laying around there it belongs to TEA. Of course a 400.00 manifold is nothing compared to these guys who have cars disassembled it's just the principal of it all.

Can anyone confirm that the cars there were inpounded? My car was there, it was the black z on black motorsports. I got no call to come pick mine up! Does anyone have Rick McComas phone number???

I am beyond LIVID at the this point as I am out a car, $4500 bucks, and my parts.

This is the email response i got from the partner

I am not the rightful owner of equipment or parts once in the possession of Fastech. Further I have never had any ownership nor association with fastech, or an economic interest whatsoever. I am sympathetic of your experience and as such I will be available to talk with you. Joe

Sucks. It sounds like a disclaimer. btw bob was just an employee that quit or got let go or whatever.

Bob was an employee and not the partner. I am 99% sure that Sean took over all ownership of the shop a couple months or so before it closed up. I remember talking to him and he was having to get another tax ID and whatnot since he took over full ownership.

your car is across the street behind the locked fence IIRC.

I thought I posted this here: nope... Ls2.com

I saw 4 or 5 F-body's at McCommas Construction across the street from FasTech........ also in the shop is a bunch of Dozers and Levelers etc... Rick has already moved his stuff back in.

Rick's number was posted earlier... he is a good guy.. I just hope he took care of your cars when he pushed em across the street!

SQR and LG do everything right the first time and they are paying sponsors of this site.

Then again Fastech is still listed as a sponsor here under the Texas sponsor sticky.

Kumar....I just got off the phone with Sean. He tried to call you but got no answer. He said he has all your parts in boxes. He did use the rails and NXL nozzles on Greg's car, but Greg bought replacement parts for your car. He also has your FJO and all parts needed.

What you guys need to understand is that Sean is basically powerless right now. Joe has him by the short hairs and is not giving him any leeway to "dig out". Sean is being told he will be able to reopen in another location and has found a spot.

All you can do at this point is be patient a little longer. Sean is in a bad way. He is down to his last $10 literally. I know many of you are upset, but Sean has no way to get on the web and try to square things. I know from experience it is very hard to deal with Joe. I think Joe actually has the best of intentions for Sean and may be trying to help Sean find his own way through this as a valuable experience. It is very hard to tell. Joe is a tough cookie to figure out. I honestly know Sean is comletely frustrated because he has no power to act. Only time will tell.

RPM always calls Sean for help when they tune cars. Go to SQR or LG.

Bob sounds like a shady dude. I heard he was fired for charging for parts and never installing them. Also heard though the grapevine he accually my be locked up for some sort of probation violation. Having someone like that around did not help Seans cause. I hope Sean can get this all ironed out but I personally will not be returning to any future shops that may pop up.
