Ya'll remember what happened last week??? Foiled terrorist plot in London, Hezballah and Israel being nice again, Iran not saying anything stupid, hmmm....Nigeria opening another 400,000 barrels/day production, BP saying that they don't need to close the entire field in Alaska due to corrosion just half of it.
I know that it doesn't make any sense, but world politics now have a MAJOR impact on the price of oil Personally, I knew that supply/demand could not handle $78/barrel for more than a couple of weeks. It should actually settle by the end of the year back to $50-$60/barrel assuming everybody is happy.
Anyway, premium here is till mid-low $2.90's. Unfortunaly I don't have an 87 octane car anymore. My Chrysler Pacifica requires 89 or better and I ALWAYS put in 93 in the Z (Exxon or Chevron only, NO QT!)

Also have to take into the fact we have to pay for this war one way or another.....Raising the gas prices is the easiest way to do it....It beats raising taxes which will probably happen sooner or later.....
