Here in good ole TX , we all know what a pain it is to get your car inspected. Is there a good high flow cat out there that doesnt actually rob power. This is a subject that Ive never really cared about looking into, but Im to the point now where in ready to put my cats back in. God I hate it here.

if you are ok with polluting the environment and are willing to take the risk getting a ticket (which you wont if your car isnt absurdly loud to make cops suspicious)... delete the cats, get them tuned out of the computer, and just go to lazy mechanics that have no interest in crawling under your car to check.
some have suggested to take the outer shell of a cat and tack weld it to the Y-pipe to make it look like you have a cat, but not have the sound issues of hollowed out cats.

All of the above are good, well better than stock.
I run the flp's because of my setup i lost for 4 rwhp but gaind 5 rwtq.
That was with the flp exhaust and a borla catback with the middle plate in.
Plus it sounds much better

Yeah, Im peretty much ok with polluting the enviroment, with as little as I drive the car. Youve heard my car, its not too loud, Id like it to be toned down a bit. I was considering Borla. I had it on my last TA and liked its versatility.
