several... Lloyd has done some nice LT1 heads in the past but i've never really seen anything from him in an LS1 head that was really that impressive. The guy that V6 knows is one of the better porters in the area also...

Lloyd Elliot is the last person Id let touch my heads.

I do have a damn good head porter but its not a person that you will get 300cfm for 200 bucks. If you dont want a good port with small runners and great velocity, then dont bother with my guy. If you want a badass set of heads, with Judson style ports (hes a SAM graduate and knows all the tricks of these heads to get some numbers) then give me a shout.

I know his work habits and its top notch or I wouldnt recommend him.

peak flow numbers dont mean jack bud. Im sure his runners are LARGE. ive seen some of his work up close on the same flow bench as my guy. Some things are scary! What bore was that on? 4.125 LOL

Post up them exhaust and mid lift flow numbers. Thats where the head will shine and speak for itself if its any good.

Exactly who would you not want Lloyds heads? Is there something you know that I dont?

And here we go again with the cfm's.

Yeah, a little type never hurt anyone. Besides, I've seen much worse grammer/puncutation/spelling on here that it should've been easily desipherable.

Why would you not let Lloyd touch your heads?

V6 Bird: Who's your guy and is anyone running his stuff right now? Every likes to talk big cfm and brag about their guy, but the bottom line is who's going fast (not at the dyno). Just trying to spread the info and not keep things so top secret. It is better for everyone that way. So far you've just slammed Lloyd Elliot and talked about your "guy."

Flow numbers don't tell the complete story, period. Let's clear it up right there.

Not trying to start a flame war here, but I had a set of LT1 heads done by Lloyd. For everyone's info, they flowed 255cfm, the car made 415rwhp @ 4900rpm, and ran 118mph @ 3600lbs. I think I paid Lloyd about $650 for the work that was done. The point is that numbers don't speak as loud as proven performance. IMO, Lloyd does good work for the money. The best? No. Best value? That's up to the customer to decide.
