I'm looking for a job working with cars and I decided, who better to ask than the guys who are around cars more than anyone els?

Here's the deal. I'm 18, still in highschool, I get out of school at 1:45, I'm looking for a job working on cars or closely related to cars, such as an assistant mechanic, porter or even do detailing. I have never worked with cars as a job, but I'm very familiar with cars and know my way around a shop. I do all my own work on my cars and I'm the guy everyone at school goes to when they have a car question. I'm even in a welding class currently. I'm also familiar with electronics like stereos and speakers.

If you want a job as a porter have you tried calling any of the dealerships close to you?

 

yeah i tried that at lynn smith chevy, mortiz bmw and autobahn

 

you might try and ask around at any local shops... It would really help if you or your parents knew somebody who had a shop or something like that.

 

yeah i know. i've been asking people that i know if they know anyone with a shop. no luck so far....

ha ha the mcdonalds in my town is full of brother-sister marrying red necks and it's pretty... gross. plus i hate working with food.
