I was kinda thinkin' the same thing but we all know how Nick likes to stir the pot...
From what I've heard the track prep wasn't all that great and most of the "street" cars drove out there on 17", 18" and 19" radials so I wouldn't think some of the 1xxx HP guys would have made any of their best passes...

wasnt a big race, but i was able to race a good friend of mine from work(and HPD) in his modded fox body stang. i pulled him by .08 at the 1/4 with my nearly stock car. but im not a major player by any means but i had a damn good time watching some of the higher HP guys tear that track up, and running a personal best in the same day.

my little nissan 240 did a 1.38 and a 1.42 60' on drag radials!! didnt even have to lift the tires...just straight ahead..
and i ran a best 1/8th in the supra there...
so that tracked hooked...
