was leaving almeda mall. see a really clean 98-02 camaro ss leaving. as he pulled out a lady in a explorer not paying attention nailed the **** out of it! . from what i could see just a bashed up drivers side rear 1/4 panel. kid got out of his car looked at the damage and started crying and yelling! was in disbelief of what i saw. anyways just seeing if it was anyone on the board!

Actually from what i understand it can be disputed had she hit him in the side BUT if someone hits you in your 1/4 behind the tires its their fault.

I can't see where the point of impact changes the fact that he failed to yield. Depending on the speed limit, the driver who hit him may not have had time to slow down/avoid the collision. In Tx if someone rearends you, it's automatically their fault, but if he was crossing a lane of traffic, and had no time to safely make it across, it looks like his fault to me. Just my .02. He screwed up regardless..I'd probably cry too if it was me .
