Theft alert in DFW

A friends dad that works there asked me to spread the word....

Last night (12/26/2006) Hans Feustel Race Engines was broken into and robbed of several complete engines. Please be on the look out for deals that are too good to be true, or someone that all of a sudden has an engine you know they didn’t have before.

Partial list of items taken:

5” bore spacing 738 Pro Mod Nitrous Motor Complete, 3 stages NOS, Split Dominators, dry sump
Dart Headed 598” Dart Steel Block with 2 stages NX Nitrous system, Complete
412” SMC Complete 18deg heads, NOS Nozzles only, Complete

Parts for 572” with CFE BMF Heads, Dart iron block. Lunati Crank
Parts for 615” with Brodix Big Chief 427 heads, bowtie iron block

wow, that 738 is easy a 60-70k motor i would guess. someone will get caught with the **** and hammered heavily. sounds like it would have taken 2 or 3 guys atleast 15-20 minutes to get all that stuff rounded up and loded up and outta there.

For some reason, I think it could be an inside job. someone that was in the know of everything thats going on.

Hans just recently had an employee screw him out of ALOT of money....I think it was him. He knew the ins and outs of the shop.

I was just up there on Thursday....there was a brand new Donovan block there for Ricks cars....bet that is the one that was stolen. I think it alone is 10k.
