Renegades Extreme Cage Fighting(MMA) Well had a great night last night with some good friends @ The Renegades Extreme Cage Fighting(MMA) matches. It was held at the Verizon Wireless Theather. 9 different fights and all good. we had VIP ring side

One got stopped by the Ref, Due to a bad cut from a elbow, the last 2 fights of the night were for their Tile belts i will say all the guys fighting last night were very suprizing.

actually have a friend that fought in one of the matches... he was representing Urban Jungle.... Im sure regorih will chime in soon.......
Verizon Wireless is kinda small, i liked them better when they were held in the Toyota Center.....

I remember hearing someone repping Urban Jungle...I just can't remember which fighter it was. The few guys towards the end had some killer submission moves. I thought the Verizon was perfect for that event because you had a pretty good view from anywhere.

Urban Jungle produces a lot of quality fighters. Tony Abonte is definitely one of the top local trainers. I read that John Kirk was able to fight through a really nasty arm bar and defended his title. Do you know how Aaron Rosas won? I saw that he had won but I couldn’t find anything saying how.

Had a great time out there, lots of good fights. ROC bar next door was amazing, the women were drop dead, freakin' gorgeous and great music in both parts of the club.
