If they are a good sales men you can believe anyone. Or you can let results speak for themselves as in this case.

my motor was nothign special. forged 346ci w/ avg heads and 250 worth of bottle.

I havent had a good laugh in a while. Explain why you think spraying in 5th gear was bad or whatever.

I hardlined the kit and added a -6an feed line. This alone picked me up another 50HP. 650 to 705. This however did stretch the limits of the fuel pump and it was starting to show lean conditions even after putting in bigger fuel pills. The pump wasn’t keeping up. The night it melted of course it was going lean in any gear, but the prolonged amount of time it was in 5th gear is what the final nail in the coffin was.

How does that not make sense to you Mike?

That **** makes perfect sense. I just remembered you posting pics and asking why and solely blaming it on racing in 5th gear causing it. If I remember correctly, I gave that explanation you just did, worded differently of course.

It was a ticking time bomb anyways. I was pushing the limits of that motor and nitrous setup. I didn’t choose to listen.

Oh well though. Bigger and better things!! I now am not a fan of spraying anything over 150 shot w/ out the use of a fogger.

I prefer this route anyways.

Whats up with your "drag" car?
Which one. The Camaro's on the back burner slowly coming along but probably will be done before yours , and the V should be done by this weekend. Wait, those are just street cars.

lol prolly not. He's coming back shortly, but nothing too crazy. Just a proven simple setup.

I'll have alot of his stuff for a little while

Deff, a sweet setup for that car. Bet it has alot of time and money into it. Can't wait to see it out.

I have no ETA on mine. The slower I build it the better off I am.
