yes, Greg opened up and finished porting my fast intake to match my heads. You like the flow numbers verses straight from ET? What you think!

The head numbers look great.!! The numbers from the fast are just so much higher than any I have ever seen. Most that I have seen peak at about 295.

No, no, the numbers from SAM were the intake ports alone. No manifold attached.

I just wanted a flow sheet from a disinterested party for the Doubting Thomas's.

These are the intake (Edit: PORT) numbers from SAM with Casey running the flow bench:

.200" 140
.300" 221
.400" 291
.500" 330
.600" 350
.650" 349
.700" 350

520rwhp 490trq is what she made today on the dyno! Not bad for a A4, stall, 12bolt and heavy ZR-1`s!

Sweet numbers man!!! I bet it's gonna roll.

There seems to be a few common denominators here

Yes dual turn downs are a bit much, but tolerable. I have dual XR1s on our car if you want to hear them in person. We had them on when we ran our first 9 second pass so they obviously flow decent.

These numbers were made with Kooks 1 7/8 headers Kooks Y-pipe and through a 2.75 inch cutout..

What do you think it would dyno with open headers james?

I can only imagine what it would do with dual 3" cut-outs on the Kooks Y-pipe like I had when we dyno'd the 538/500. It's definitely worth some HP.

I haven't re-dyno'd the Grocery Getter since Greg performed surgery on our little 5.3 heads and have her bigger lungs. I'd bet 545+ rwhp based on the ET improvement though

Ya'll should have dropped the Y-pipe just to see what it had in it. I dyno'd the SS in the same form we race it in which is likely what Beard did, but it would interesting to know how much is left on the table.

Ya'll did good!!!!!
