You are such a liar. I never called your "friend." And yes, my wife was in the car with me.

This is amazing...in my entire life I have never dealt with someone of your character...or lack thereof.

The quote in your sig of me is the PM I sent TX_SS (your friend) yesterday when I got home from the track. So why would I call him and lie, then send him a PM with the correct numbers?
No, I wasn't spinning off the line b/c I was trying to keep traction and not burn up the STOCK CLUTCH. Once the boost kicked in, all that went out the window. In 2nd gear, I did have traction...simple as that.

I would like to meet you in person, you're very interesting.

If he told you that then shame on him. I never called him, I PM'd him and was completely honest with what happened. I have no reason to lie, I'm completely satisfied with my car.

I may be wrong, but I don't see TX_SS flat out lying. We chatted via PM and he seemed like a cool guy. If he's going to lie about what actually happened, then shame on him.

The_Supra is referring to the original thread I started about "another turbo SS hits the DFW streets."

It's painfully obvious that you started this thread...idiot.

I'm surprised myself. Maybe an admin could put this thread out of its misery and lock it up.
I'm not sure if Mike had a traumatic childhood or just likes to take it up the ***...either way, he has some serious anger issues.

ILL CLEAR THINGS UP~!~! IM NOT A LIER. I MADE A MISTAKE.

im glad i told mike about it befo hand so this doesnt sound like im lying. i met a guy(high school kid) with NEW white STI from church; who called me and said he ran low 7.. he was just fockin around with me since i told him that he needs to run mid to low 7 to beat me @ the track. also i told me to go on sunday evening to find out what he will do. he didnt go the track but he just called me to fock with me. anyways he called me while i was taking off my swaybar linkage. i dont have their # saved so i just picked it up. i was thinking(assuming) that this was pdanrichey cuz i told him to let me know what he ran. we both exchanged our # over private message. so thought he will give me a call.

i got pm from pdanrichey just now; and i got frusted with this bullshit so i called back the # and it was the other kid not PDANRICHEY. my bad..

Thank you. Mike, please tell me where I'm wrong and I'll own up to it...no bs. One thing I did go back and read was that I thought the car would run better than it did, I was wrong there, you were right.
I was thinking at the track I could get better traction in first gear and I did not...it's the same as it is on the street. I punch it in first gear, the boost kicks in and then I have to shift b/c I lose traction. Again though, I don't care. I've said this numerous times...I was not trying to build a track car...just a street car. I don't care what my car runs in the 1/8 mile...it's just not important to me. I don't prefer races from a dig anyways...never have! Anyone who has known me for years can attest that.

All i wanted was for you to wake up to reality that the kit you have on your car was not almighty like you were making it sound like you were trying to come across as. When I told you what it would run, you told me no that it would run faster. Its all good. Reality has sat in now. You know what it runs at the track first hand. What I used as a reference was Billys car. Funny thing is, he didnt spin one bit. I worked the tree out there for 2 seasons as a part time gig. I worked all the street nights and Friday night races. Whether or not you spun or not, thats to be determined for truth. Nick says you didnt, going off what I know first hand from Billys car, I believe you didnt, the track guys told me the pass they watched that you didnt, so who knows right now.

I didn't spin out of the hole...I've already said that. I was VERY easy on the clutch and simply let it out like I would normally. When the boost hit in 1st, I lost traction. Read page 6 or 7 of this ridiculous thread and you'll see that 2 people who were on the sidelines watching saw this.

Again, I don't care what I ran in the 1/8 and I honestly don't see why any of y'all care either. There are plenty of turbo cars, (STS included) that run a hell of a lot better times b/c they have a 12 bolt or 9 inch + slicks or drag radials. I have a 10 bolt and normal street tires so it's only plausible to assume I would not run as good of times as even those with less HP than me that do have the big rear-ends and sticky tires such as TX_SS.

In my original post, which was locked, I never said my car was the best and fastest there is. I simply was letting people know that I had finished my car and that I was happy with the results. I told people I would race them (on the street from a roll) if they saw me on the streets and wanted to run. On the streets, i'm probably just as good as an NA car making same or more power...except I probably spent less money b/c I didn't have to get the rear-end, etc... that most powerful NA cars need to get. Plus, the whole H/C + a plethora of bolt-ons package probably would take double the time for an amatuer (like myself) to install than my setup...my opinion.

ALL I EVER SAID AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SAY IS THAT: I am personally happy with my car and enjoy driving it very much. I expected for people to be happy for me as I would be for any one of you that put a lot of hardwork, time and money in a project to simply make your car faster and more enjoyable to drive.
Instead, I got a lot of people who I don't even know bashing me and trying to publicly humiliate me for my decision. This truly came as a shock to me.
Of anyone out there, I expected the TEXAS REGIONAL FORUM to support a fellow Texas LS1 guy in whatever decision they made to make their car faster and more to their liking. That's another thing I got wrong...
