cheap insurance quick Texans only I am planning on buying an 02 z28 this afternoon... i need to know how is the best way to insure it on the cheap. last week i got a qoute from aig that was going to be about 600 for 6 months for full coverage. this week the same qoute for the same car is about 800 for 6 months. ow. I was listing it as a pleasure vehicle both times.
what do you think about registering it as a pleasure vehicle? what company is cheap for us here in texas. thanks for any info

i am a young guy,,, but thank god this is my girlfriends car.
the plan was was to insure it under her dad being primary and the car being a pleasure\weekend vehicle. is there any problem with this?

That's about right. For my Z28, 3.8 and Trailblazer it's about $300 a month with State Farm. They are awesome. No complaints.
