TL and C or Saltgrass. Anything more than that and I will just grill myself. As soon as I come home on leave thats exactly what I am doing. I prefer to do my steaks myself. I like a rare steak seasoned my way. Most places screw it up or the cut is a joke.

in dfw id say my top 2 are

Chamberlins steak house off beltline and prestonwood.
Fogo de chow.

And in ohio, Montgomery Inn steak house. best filet ive ever had.
