Default Francis signs deal with Rockets

two-year contract worth roughly $6 million. Opinions please.

This is justice ........van gundy out ,francis in! I just hope he's not washed up. He is good for adelman's run and gun offense.

Could be good in Adelman's system. I just hope there is enough ball to go around and he no longer holds the ball for 23 seconds before passing.

Rockets have definitely made a HUGE splash for not having anything to work with going into the offseason. Talk about adding a good amount of much needed depth.

Well done Morey.

with what the Rockets did this off season and if everyone stays healthy, they'll be in the Finals easy

using Tmac, Yao, Francis, Wells, Scola with an offensive minded coach ???

Hell yeah can we say Season tickets on the floor, lol! Can't wait for this next season now! We also signed Luis Scola one of Europe's best players over the past five seasons. And we have that bad *** rookie Aaron Brooks. Not to mention Mcgrady, Yao, Battier, and the infamous Mutombo finger shake. H-town baby!!!

I agree Stevie Franchise is going to be good in Adelman's system; hopefully as the third scoring option he can take some heat off of Yao and Tracy !

I dont see him playing much, I think Brooks will play more than Francis will. You have Mike James, Rafer Alston, Arron Brooks, and then Steve Francis. If he's playing the 2 man, he still wont play much behind t-mac unless he gets hurt again and there's a possibility that Bonzi will play at the 2. It's still good to see him come back, I always liked seeing him play except for when he took the last shot from half court when he could have easily got a better shot off.
